Hello, we ARE open to the public, but we are in the middle of a school distribution period. When you stopped by, we had a sign posted that said closed to walk in traffic and to call a number or email for assistance. You walked right past that sign and into the store. We were more than happy to assist you if you had reached out in one of those two ways. Due to the volume of jobs, we were simply not able to accommodate you as a walk in.

Incredibly disrespectful, not open to the public Edit: You are correct. The sign was missed and that was a mistake. But your treatment of your potential clients was disgusting. Look at your own reviews, most the negative ones are for your treatment of others, not your workmanship. You're clearly good at your job but none of that matters when you disrespect the same people who want to pay you. Ive never encountered anyone foolish enough to try to defend disrespect on a public internet review. Your own immaturity and lack of wisdom by your response will hurt your business worse than I ever could. For the love of God, study some Dale Carnegie or sit in a back office and do you work where no customer must be disgraced by your precence ever again.

We were looking for somewhere to get t-shirts for our charity walk. We didn't need too many, just a dozen, but the staff at Keller Embroidery were extremely accommodating. We worked on the artwork, got my wife to approve (extremely critical to the whole process) and had the shirts in time before the walk earlier in November. We really appreciated their attention to detail, and recommendations on the artwork and shirt choice. You'd be surprised at how a design would look one way on a man, and completely different on a female! T-shirts aren't as simple as you'd think!

All I can say is 1st impressions make lasting impressions. We went into the shop and no one came up to help us. We waited 10 minutes when finally I peeked around the corner and a young lady was on her phone and she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed with a customer being there. She came up and I explained to her I wanted to get a price quote on a few different items... She said well the owner is not here can I come back. I asked when do I come back and she said "I don't know." I asked if I could leave my info and some different designs I needed price quotes on. She said "fine." So I asked if I could have a paper or did she want to make copies of the designs I had in hand. She left and came back with a paper. No pen. I had to ask for a pen. I wrote down the info. And I said do you have a business card so I can call later or would you like me to write down my info, she said "I don't know. I guess." She gave me a card and I said do you want me to write my info on here or is this for me? She said "whatever you want. " I wrote down my info and gave her the card she took it and walked away! It has been two weeks and I never heard from anyone! We really try to do local business and this was disappointing! Especially since we have a lot of needs for our business. And I can't recommend this place now.
